Description
Yam Flour is enjoyed right across Africa as a staple food and is prepared when mixed with boiling water to create a moist dough like mixture. The dough can accompany a whole host of different dishes such as stews, meats and vegetables.
It is even used to make little dumplings to be served with soups, try tropical sun’s yam flour alongside traditional African jute and egusi stew for a great way to tropicalise your food.
