Delivery Areas & Charges

• Guernsey Deliveries: FREE

• Alderney & Sark Deliveries: £10.65 per weight unit (applicable to all orders regardless of size)

• Jersey Deliveries: £10.65 per weight unit

Delivery Schedule

• Guernsey Deliveries:

  • Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays

  • Orders must be placed before 6 PM on Saturday for delivery the following Saturday.

  • For mid-week deliveries (Tuesday or Thursday), kindly contact us via WhatsApp before placing your order to confirm availability.

• Jersey, Alderney & Sark Deliveries:

  • Next working day delivery

  • Deliveries are weather-dependent and may be delayed due to adverse weather conditions affecting sea or air transport.

  • Cooked Food – For Alderney, Sark & Jersey – lets write per DHL calculations rather than include an actual price

Order Processing

• Orders are processed in the order they are received.

• We will send you a confirmation via email or WhatsApp once your order is scheduled for delivery.

• For special or urgent requests, please reach out to us directly via WhatsApp before placing your order.

Delivery Terms

• Accurate Information: Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing an order.

• Missed Deliveries: If no one is available to receive the delivery, we will attempt to contact you. Redelivery may incur additional charges.

• Weather Disruptions: For Alderney, Sark, and Jersey, delivery schedules are subject to weather conditions. We will inform you promptly of any delays.

Collection Option

• Customers in Guernsey can also opt for in-store collection at no extra cost. Collection times will be communicated after order confirmation.
