Welcome to Iwaris – Guernsey’s No. 1 African Foodstore. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, online food orders, and hair services appointments. By accessing our website or making a purchase/booking, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Online Food Orders

• Product Availability:
  All items displayed are subject to availability. In case an item is out of stock after you place an order, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a refund.

• Pricing & Payment:
  Prices are in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made at checkout via secure payment methods provided on the website.

• Order Confirmation:
  Once you place an order, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation. If you do not receive confirmation within [1 hour], please contact us.

• Delivery & Collection:

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

  • Collection orders must be picked up within the agreed time slot.

• Order Changes & Cancellations:

  • For perishable food items, cancellations or changes must be made within 1 hour of placing the order.

  • For non-perishable items, changes can be requested prior to dispatch.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or payment issues.

2. Hair Services Appointments

• Booking:
  All appointments must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or in-store.

• Cancellations & Rescheduling:

  • Please notify us of cancellations/rescheduling at least 24 hours before your appointment.

  • No-shows or late cancellations may incur a fee.

• Arrival Time: Please arrive on time. Late fees apply after 20 minutes  £25 for 20-30 minutes late £40 for
  30+ minutes late or cancellation (at stylist’s discretion)

• Service Satisfaction:
  If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us before leaving the salon, so we can address your concerns immediately.

3. User Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.

• Misuse of our website or services (fraudulent orders, abusive language, etc.) may lead to termination of service.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Our Refund & Return Policy governs how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled. Please refer to the full policy here

5. Limitation of Liability

• Iwaris will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

• We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, images, and product descriptions, is the property of Iwaris and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Changes to Terms
